Inspirado no formato literário do conto, o livro combina um olhar poético, de cariz ficcional, sobre uma cidade desconhecida e uma reflexão sobre o espaço urbano contemporâneo. Encena o encontro do espaço público com o espaço privado, a confrontação do construído com o inacabado, e a atracção com a estranheza do desconhecido.

The streets I pass by make me think of the neighbourhoods I roamed in my teenage years. I ask myself whether it is the resemblance I find in the architecture or the loneliness that pierces me today, like it did then.

Inspired by the literary format of the tale, the book combines a poetic, fictional look at an unknown city and a reflection on contemporary urban space. It stages the intersection of public and private space, the confrontation of the built and the unfinished, and the attraction before the strangeness of the unknown.
